Data you enter in the apps
Customer, client, invoice and message information you enter in ReviewLoop or Clientbook is stored in your own browser on your own device. We do not receive, store or view it. If you clear your browser data or lose your device without a backup, we cannot recover it.
Subscription information
Payments are processed by PayPal. We receive your name, email address and subscription status from PayPal so we can send your access code and manage cancellations. We do not receive your card or bank details.
We use your email address to send your access code and service messages. If you received an email from us and don't want more, reply "no thanks" and we will not email you again.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business (such as PayPal and our email provider) or when required by law.
